Current Career Openings at SITC
SITC is hiring for various positions across different departments. Here are some of the key roles and their qualifications:
Software & IT Roles
• Senior Software Architect (Tech Lead): A Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A certification in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture is a plus. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Senior QA Engineer: Candidates should have a Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in test automation and ISTQB are strong pluses. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Senior Infosec Engineer: A Bachelor's in CS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent is required, along with 6 years of relevant experience. A certification in CISSP is a plus. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Senior DevOps Engineer: A Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree is required, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Azure/AWS DevOps, SRE, and cloud are preferred. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Full-Stack Software Engineer: Candidates must have a Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required. Full-stack capability in Java/Python, cloud, and AI tools is a plus. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Product Designer: A Bachelor's in design, HCI, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. A certification in UI/UX, graphic design, and Figma is a plus. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Software Engineer: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. 0-2 years of hands-on experience in software development is needed, with familiarity with Frontend/Backend/Mobile Development.
Project & Management Roles
• Product Manager: A Bachelor's in CS, Business, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Certifications in agile methodologies and product management are a plus. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Project Management Officer: A Bachelor's or above in computer science or equivalent is required, with 7-10 years of relevant experience. Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale IT projects, is also required. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
Procurement & Finance Roles
• Procurement Manager: Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Law, or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience. Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) will be an advantage. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Finance Manager: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in government, public sector, or IT industry is preferred. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
Administrative Roles
• Executive Assistant: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Experience in the IT, corporate, or government sectors is preferred. The age limit is not to exceed 45 years at the time of application.
