Available Job Positions and Requirements
The project is currently seeking candidates for the following positions. Please note that the qualifications and experience are mandatory for all roles.
● Project Coordinator - 01 Post
Required Qualification: Masters in Public Health, Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, or an equivalent degree. A Masters in Health Promotion or a similar public health qualification is preferred.
Experience: 05 years of relevant experience in a public health campaign or project is required. A minimum of 03 years of experience in a managerial role is also mandatory.
● Finance Officer - 01 Post
Required Qualification: Masters in Finance, Accounting or a Bachelor's degree with specialization in Finance or Accounts. Candidates who are ACCA or an equivalent certification finalist will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in financial regulations, finance, and accounting processes, preferably in a project environment.
● Finance Assistant - 01 Post
Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a Bachelor's with specialization in Finance or Accounts.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role is required.
● HR & Admin Officer - 01 Post
Required Qualification: Master's in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree. Good computer skills are necessary, along with fluency in written and spoken English and local languages.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience is required.
● Data Management & IT Officer - 03 Posts
Required Qualification: Master's in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics or equivalent. Good computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, MS Access, and web-based systems.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in data management, validation, and analysis is required.
● Procurement, Transport & Logistics Officer - 01 Post
Required Qualification: Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management or an equivalent. Candidates with a diploma or certification in procurement, supply chain management or logistics will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience is required.
● Procurement, Transport & Logistics Assistant - 01 Post
Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management or an equivalent. Candidates with a diploma or certification in procurement, supply chain management or logistics will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant working experience is required.
● District Supervisors - 04 Posts
Required Qualification: Any relevant Bachelor's degree. Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are necessary.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience is required. Experience in ITNs mass campaigns will be preferred.
● District Logistics Officer - 02 Posts
Required Qualification: Masters in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Project Management or an equivalent. A diploma or certification in the relevant field will be preferred.
Experience: Relevant working experience is required. Willingness to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines is also essential.
● Data Entry Operators (DEO) - 08 Posts
Required Qualification: Graduation or a diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Social Sciences, or Statistics. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and excellent typing skills are required.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in data management or a computer environment is required.
● District Warehouse Security Guards - 04 Posts
Required Qualification: Matric. Experience of working with a Law Enforcement Agency is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant experience as a Security Guard in a security firm is required.
Age: Maximum 45 years.
