PPCBL is currently hiring for the following positions. Please make sure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying.


Branch Banking Operations Head (01 Post)


Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University.


Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification experience, with 03 years in a similar position.


Branch Managers (Multiple positions across Punjab)


Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University.


Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification experience, with 03 years in a similar position.


Officer Call Center (05 Posts)


Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized University.


Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in a similar position.



Roles and Responsibilities


The selected candidates will be responsible for the following duties, based on their respective positions:


Branch Banking Operations Head:


● Supervise daily operations and provide necessary support to the branch network.


● Centralize the issuance of cheque books, lockers, and other banking operations.


● Coordinate with the business team for the opening and rotation of branches.


● Develop operational benchmarks and monitoring tools.


● Supervise follow-up activity for core banking applications.


● Oversee the full cycle of ATM and Debit Card transactions.


Branch Managers:


● Responsible for the overall supervision and administration of a branch.


● Achieve branch targets for deposits, advances, and recovery.


● Mobilize new business and strengthen customer relationships.


● Ensure the smooth day-to-day branch operations and quality customer service.


● Oversee loan processing and timely recovery of dues.


● Implement compliance with SBP regulations, bank policies, and internal controls.


Officer Call Center:


● Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a courteous and helpful customer experience.


● Log complaints and service requests accurately into the CRM/ticketing system.


● Adhere to call scripts and compliance requirements during interaction.


● Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up commitments.
