Job Opportunities at PPHI Sindh 2025
PPHI Sindh, established under Section 42 of Companies Act, 2017, requires services of dynamic and highly motivated individuals having domicile of Sindh, on a contract basis, for the following positions.
Available Positions & Criteria
1. Assistant Human Resource
• MBA or Masters in Human Resource Management. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in relevant field.
OR
• BBA/BPA with majors in HR Management with minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field within a reputable organization.

2. Assistant Admin
• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)/MPA. Preference for candidates with relevant field experience.
OR
• Graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant field experience within a reputable organization.
Vacancy: All Sindh
3. Assistant Finance & Accounts
• MBA (Finance)/M.Com. Preference for candidates with experience in relevant field.
OR
• BBA/B.Com (Finance) with minimum 1 year of relevant field experience within a reputable organization.
Vacancy: All Sindh (especially Kashmore, Sanghar, Mirpurkhas, Sujawal)
4. Social Organizer
• Master’s in Social Science. Preference for candidates with experience in relevant field.
OR
• Graduate in Social Sciences with minimum 1 year of experience in Community Mobilization, Monitoring, and Evaluation, especially in health-related projects.

5. Staff Nurse (Male)
• Diploma in General Nursing/BSc (Nursing)/BSN or equivalent, recognized from Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) / Sindh Medical Faculty (SMF).
• 2 years’ experience in any secondary/tertiary care setup OR 1 year in ER shall be preferred.

6. Staff Nurse (Female)
• The candidate must be less than 45 years of age.

7. Optometrist
• BS in Vision Sciences (4 years) or equivalent from any recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in any recognized organization/institute with an eye care setup.
• Must be less than 45 years of age.

8. Electrician
• Diploma in Electric Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician.

9. Technician Ophthalmology
• Diploma in relevant field registered with Sindh Medical Faculty.

10. Technician X-Ray
• Diploma in relevant field registered with Sindh Medical Faculty.

• Diploma in OT Technician, recognized from Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) / Sindh Medical Faculty (SMF).
