Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments & Garrisons) Directorate: Job Opportunities
The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments & Garrisons) Directorate invites applications from Pakistani nationals for various permanent positions. These roles are available in both teaching and non-teaching departments across multiple regions, with quotas for open merit and provincial distribution.
Vacant Positions: Teaching Staff
The following teaching positions are open to qualified candidates:
• Elementary School Teacher (Male/Female) (BPS-15): A graduate or equivalent academic qualification is required, along with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree (mandatory). The age limit is 20-30 years.
• Librarian (Male/Female) (BPS-09): A Bachelor's degree with a certificate or diploma in Library Science is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Librarian (Male/Female) (BPS-07): A Matric with a certificate or diploma in Library Science is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Band Master (Male) (BPS-06): Matric with one year of experience as a Band Master in a government or semi-government organization is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Drawing Master (Male) (BPS-06): Matric with one year of experience in a recognized institution as a Drawing Master is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Mess Waiter (Male) (BPS-02): A Primary Pass with two years of relevant experience is mandatory. The age limit is 18-25 years.
Vacant Positions: Non-Teaching Staff
The directorate is also hiring for the following non-teaching roles:
• Assistant (BPS-15): A graduate or equivalent academic qualification is required. A Typing Speed of 40 WPM (words per minute) and a one-year Computer Diploma are mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Stenotypist (BPS-14): A Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent is mandatory. A Typing Speed of 40 WPM, a Shorthand Speed of 80 WPM, and a one-year Computer Diploma are also required. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• UDC (Upper Division Clerk) (BPS-11): A Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent is required. A Typing Speed of 30 WPM is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• LDC (Lower Division Clerk) (BPS-09): A Matric or equivalent is mandatory. A Typing Speed of 30 WPM and a one-year Computer Diploma are required. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Laboratory Assistant (Male/Female) (BPS-07): A Matric in Science (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering) with two years of relevant experience is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
• Driver (Male) (BPS-04): A Matric with a primary pass and a valid driving license (HTV) are mandatory. The age limit is 18-35 years.
• Naib Qasid (BPS-01): A Primary Pass is required. The age limit is 18-25 years.
• Khakrob (BPS-01): A Primary Pass is required. The age limit is 18-25 years.
• Chowkidar (BPS-01): A Primary Pass is required. The age limit is 18-25 years.
• Dispenser (Male) (BPS-06): A Matric with a one-year certificate from a recognized institution is mandatory. The age limit is 18-28 years.
Specialized Positions
There are also positions available at the Directorate of Military Science, Syed School & College of Special Education, Rawalpindi Cantt:
